The Wildcat DTH Hammers are designed to maximize the usage of supplying compressed air flow, applied most efficient material for each part, precisely machined by state-of-the-art CNC machines, heat-treated in the self-own ultramodern facility and quality-controlled by well-trained engineering experts.

RING BITS

Casing advancement drilling system can be used in a wide range of applications where you need to drill in difficult ground condition for example, where there are boulders or loose formations when drilling in overburden, the conditions are often challenging with risk for collapsing walls, hole deviations and failure to reach design or bedrock.

JAEDA casing advancement systems are available in versions for Top Hammer or Down The Hole (DTH) drilling.
The selected drilling method depends on the diameter drilled, the depth of the hole, and the driller’s preferred equipment.
The casing drill system generally consists of a Casing tube, Pilot bit, Casing shoe and Ring bit.

BUTTON BITS

Manufacture rock drill bits diameter range from 2” to 45” and has a full range of most common face shapes, button configurations and shank styles to match the application and rock formations.

Use quality forged steel, heat-treated and shot-peened to deliver a durable and reliable balance of strength and toughness.

Special custom designed bits are available for any application.
